TransUnion Plus combines your credit information, money management and protection against identity theft all in one place.

  • View your TransUnion Smart Credit Report and your VantageScore® Credit Score by TransUnion
  • See and manage your financial accounts and transactions, including a summary listing of your outstanding debt.
How does the Smart Credit Report® work? »

Our technology transforms your TransUnion credit report into a Smart Credit Report making it easy to read, simple to use, and interactive.

When you view your interactive Smart Credit Report horizontally, you can easily slide to any item within it. Each creditor slide gives you three levels of detail regarding your account: summary, details, and transactions. You can even see detailed transactions to help you manage your finances by linking your online account with a creditor to TransUnion Plus.

What is Live ID Protect? »

Live ID Protect allows you to quickly know when your identity is potentially being misused. We monitor for changes to your credit report and financial accounts that may potentially indicate identity theft. Our system will notify you when there have been critical changes by sending timely alerts to your email account.

Live ID Protect Alerts include:

  • New inquiry reported
  • Negative/Derogatory account status change
  • New account reported
  • Creditor reported bankruptcy
  • Public record of a bankruptcy
  • New address reported
  • New employment reported
  • Account status improvement
  • New inquiry enhanced – This contains additional information including the name, address, and employer on a credit application for the inquiry.
  • New public record reported
  • Transactions exceeding set amount

How can I manage my money? »

With TransUnion Plus you can now manage your credit, identity and money all in one place.

Through the personal money management feature, you can view how an account is being reported on your Smart Credit Report and  view account transactions in detail for that account. You can also easily add accounts that are not on your credit report such as savings, checking, investments, mortgages and even household accounts to provide you with a comprehensive view of your finances.

We’ll compile and update all your data so you can manage and track your spending, savings and net worth every time you log in. We will even notify you of any upcoming payments so you will never be late again.

Why should I upgrade to Premium? »

You get even more with your Premium membership:

How much does it cost? »

Membership in TransUnion Plus is subscription-based. You will be charged according to the membership plan you choose, until you cancel. If you have a trial period and do not want our product and wish to avoid any charges, please cancel within your trial period.

Your membership fee will be charged to the method of payment you provided at registration. You can cancel your membership at any time by calling customer service or using the Cancel Membership function under the Account menu.

Our Standard Pricing:

Trial period: Basic or Premium Membership (see benefits for memberships below)

Basic Membership Fee: $16.95 Per Month

Premium Membership Fee: $29.95 Per Month

(plus tax for NY and PA residents)

Basic Members have:

  • 2 updates to their Smart Credit Report every month
  • 2 updates to Vantage Score Credit Score by TransUnion and Insurance Score every month

Premium Members have UNLIMITED* Updates

How do I cancel my trial membership (if applicable)? »

You may cancel your trial membership at any time without any obligation or additional fees. However, we are confident that TransUnion Plus provides in-depth, critical information to people to protect their credit and finances. How do I cancel my memebership? »

Cancelling a membership after a trial period will immediately cease any addition charges. Upon cancellation (or failed payment) you will no longer have access to any part of the TransUnion Plus service designated for Members, and will lose access to your data and other benefits. This could include any credit and score data and analysis that you may have had access to as a member.

May I get a refund? »

As per our Service Agreement, we do not offer refunds after your trial period.

Your information is secured with the same 128-bit encryption used by leading companies, financial institutions and governments worldwide.

The developers of TransUnion Plus also meet the Payment Card Industry security standard (PCI DSS) and this is verified by an independent 3rd party which has been certified by Visa and MasterCard to perform such audits.
